Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your first subscription payment. Ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and you will be refunded in full.

2. Renewals and Cancellation

Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. To request one, contact us at support@reposentinel.com or use the Creem customer portal.
